Job Summary And Qualifications
As a Linen Specialist, you will be responsible for providing and distributing Linen and Textile products and services throughout the facility as well as performing general Hospitality Associate, Environmental Services I duties when needed.

Job Summary And Qualifications
As a Linen Specialist, you will be responsible for providing and distributing Linen and Textile products and services throughout the facility as well as performing general Hospitality Associate, Environmental Services I duties when needed.
What you will do:
- Adhere to safety and linen/textile policies.
- Adhere to storage, handling and disposal of RMW (regulated medical waste), RCRA/Hazmat, solid waste and linen/textiles.
- Manage pars/quantities of linen/scrubs/microfiber products/curtains/other textiles
- Deliver linen/scrubs/microfiber products/curtains/other textiles to patient care/non-patient care areas
- Stock linen/scrubs/microfiber products/curtains/other textiles in patient care/non-patient care areas
- Pickup/removal/transport of linen/scrubs/microfiber products/curtains/other textiles
- Enter linen data into and generates reports from computerized linen management system
- Manage service recovery as needed
- Manage linen/textiles in order to meet/exceed facility linen expense and loss goals.
- Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.
- Collaborate with leadership on recommendations for patient experience improvement
- May include ordering linen/scrubs/microfiber products/curtains/other textiles
- High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
- 1 years of experience in healthcare Preferred
- 1 years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field Preferred
- Computer, Electronic Tablets and basic technology skills Required
