Job Summary And Qualifications
What you will do in this role:
- As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will be an active member of the surgical team in the Operating Room.
- You will function under the direct supervision of the OR nurse.
- You will be responsible for assisting the OR nurse in assessing the needs of the patients, infancy through life span, and for organizing and planning care sufficient to meet identified needs during the intra-operative phase, by performing technical duties as assigned.
- Your role supports hospital mission, values and visions.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (TS-C) Tech in Surgery - Certified, or (CSA) Certified Surgical Assistant, or (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist
