- Develop and own the overall test strategy, approach, and plans for the Maximo consolidation program
- Lead and mentor testing teams across business units and geographies to ensure high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with analysts, architects, and developers to translate requirements into test scenarios
- Oversee creation and execution of test cases for configuration, customization, integrations, and workflows
- Manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution processes; facilitate root cause analysis
- Coordinate testing activities with program leadership, release management, and change readiness teams
- Ensure readiness of test environments, tools, and data across all testing phases
- Define and track quality KPIs; prepare and present testing outcomes to stakeholders
- 8 years of experience in software testing, including 3 years in a test lead or test manager role
- Proven experience with large-scale ERP or EAM implementations (Maximo or similar platforms)
- Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Experience leading distributed testing teams and coordinating vendors or contractors
- Solid understanding of system integrations, data migration testing, and UAT coordination
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-organization environments
- Experience in transformation initiatives involving acquired companies or complex data migration
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
- ISTQB or similar testing certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification preferred
