- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation
- 5 years of experience in software engineering or data engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience building APIs and microservices‑based architectures
- Hands‑on experience with data pipelines and distributed or event‑driven systems
- Solid understanding of observability (logging, monitoring, tracing)
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and system‑design skills
- Experience with AI/LLM integration and workflows
- Exposure to agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, similar)
- Familiarity with LLMOps or MLOps practices
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or RAG architectures
- Cloud experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field OR
- Associate’s degree with 2 additional years of relevant engineering experience OR
- 2 years of hands‑on experience coding applications/services in a high‑level language
