- Translate business and engineering requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable PLM solutions
- Develop solution blueprints, integration frameworks, data models, and system configuration strategies
- Lead gap analyses, assessment reviews, and architectural governance activities
- Oversee Teamcenter deployments, upgrades, migrations, and cloud/hybrid implementations
- Guide and support configuration teams with BMIDE, workflows, ACLs, structures, and classifications
- Architect integrations between Teamcenter and CAD (NX, Solid Edge, CATIA, Creo), ERP (SAP, Oracle), MES/MOM, ALM, and simulation tools
- Define and maintain API strategies using Teamcenter SOA, REST APIs, and T4x frameworks
- Establish PLM governance, lifecycle standards, and quality frameworks
- Conduct system performance tuning, scalability planning, and compliance evaluations
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and cross-functional discussions with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for the client’s PLM roadmap, digital thread maturity, and long-term ecosystem strategy
- 8 years of Siemens Teamcenter experience in architecture, solution design, or technical leadership
- Strong expertise in Teamcenter architecture (4-tier, Active Workspace, Rich Client)
- Experience with BMIDE, workflows, data model design, and environment configuration
- Proven knowledge of integrations including T4S/T4O, CAD integrations, ERP/MES connectivity
- Solid understanding of PLM fundamentals: BOM management, change management, configuration management, digital thread, and digital twin
- Experience supporting cloud or hybrid PLM deployments (AWS, Azure, Siemens SaaS)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and explain complex concepts clearly
- Experience working in Scaled Agile environments (SAFe)
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting full digital thread capabilities
- Siemens certifications (Teamcenter Architect, Deployment Professional, etc.)
- Experience with NX, Polarion, Opcenter, or Mendix
- Background in mechanical, electrical, software, or systems engineering
- Industry experience in aerospace, automotive, industrial machinery, or medical devices
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Siemens certifications preferred but not required

- Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $187,000–$197,000 annually or $102–$112 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography
