Your Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end solution architecture for SAP S/4 and supporting systems
- Define SAP data access and integration capabilities to meet business requirements
- Lead design and implementation using SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Event Mesh, DataSphere, and related services
- Establish and enforce SAP standards, patterns, and best practices across the enterprise
- Provide technical leadership during project execution and mentor team members
- Stay current with SAP technologies and recommend continuous improvements
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10 years of experience in SAP technologies, including core modules and integration
- 5 years in SAP S/4HANA Utilities (IS-U)
- 5 years hands-on experience with SAP BTP and Integration Suite
- 3 years of experience with AWS technologies
- Expertise in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh, and related BTP services
- Strong understanding of integration protocols (SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC)
- Ability to define and enforce architectural standards for scalability, security, and performance
Bonus Points If You Have
- SAP Certified Solution Architect or SAP Technology Professional Certification
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with TOGAF or Lean IX frameworks
- Background in Energy or Utility industry
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent experience
- SAP certifications preferred

- Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $173,000–$193,000 annually or $100–$110 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
