Job Title: Training Support Analyst
Location: White Plains, NY (Hybrid Minimum 3 Days Onsite)
Pay Rate: $40/hr on W2
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Training Support Analyst to coordinate and support technical training programs, workforce development initiatives, and learning events. The ideal candidate will manage training logistics, LMS administration, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination while supporting engineering and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and onsite training programs.
Manage training schedules, calendars, and LMS records.
Coordinate participant registration, attendance, and training documentation.
Maintain SharePoint sites and training resources.
Prepare training materials, classrooms, and virtual sessions.
Support CEU/PDH accreditation documentation and reporting.
Track training metrics and generate reports.
Collaborate with instructors, SMEs, and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2 4 years of training coordination, learning & development, or program/project coordination.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Copilot).
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
SharePoint experience is a plus.
