Location: Groveland, FL 34736
Duration: 6-week contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour on W-2
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Safety Trainer to support an aerospace industry client in Groveland, Florida. The Safety Trainer will deliver engaging, compliant, and practical onsite safety training to employees and supervisors while ensuring all training records and certifications are completed accurately.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Confined Space Supervisor Training.
• Deliver Fall Protection End User Training.
• Prepare, complete, and maintain all required training documentation.
• Take student photographs for certification cards.
• Provide private, onsite safety training as needed.
• Ensure training sessions are delivered clearly, professionally, and in alignment with applicable safety requirements.
• Support a positive safety culture through effective instruction and participant engagement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering safety training in an industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or aerospace environment.
• Knowledge of confined-space and fall-protection safety practices.
• Strong presentation, communication, and classroom-facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage training documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Comfortable taking participant photos and issuing certification documentation.
• Must be able to work onsite in Groveland, FL for the full contract assignment.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status is required.
