Pay Rate: $20/hour Benefits

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd (Full-Time)

About The Role

We are hiring motivated Machine Operators and Chemical Technicians to join our growing team in Addison, IL. Available Positions

• General Machine Operators
• Operate and monitor machinery in a production environment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Lift up to 30 lbs and move carts up to 100 lbs.
• Work safely in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• CNC Machine Operators
• Operate CNC machines and interpret basic CNC programs.
• Experience in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing preferred.
• Lift up to 30 lbs and move carts up to 100 lbs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Chemical Technicians
• Handle and work safely with chemicals in a lab/production environment.
• Use lab equipment and perform chemical analysis (titrations, etc.).
• Lift up to 30 lbs and move carts up to 100 lbs.
• Follow strict safety, compliance, and handling procedures.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, CNC operations, or chemical handling preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in a chemical environment.
• Personal transportation is preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork.
