You Will
Perform manual and automatic gold ball and ribbon wire bonding
Operate bonding equipment and fabricate complex micro-circuit modules
Work under microscopes for extended periods
Interpret detailed bonding instructions and work orders
Ensure compliance with J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and ESD safety protocols
Document tasks accurately and support continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED required
Basic computer literacy for digital task logging and work instruction navigation
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely
Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity
Familiarity with ESD safety standards, cleanroom protocol, and IPC certification (preferred)
A team-player mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
