Position Summary

- **Chemical Additions:**
- Manage the addition of new chemicals to the system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of new chemicals.
- **Chemical Notifications:**
- Receive and respond to notifications from vendors regarding chemical changes, recalls, or other issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks and impacts associated with these notifications.
- **System Maintenance and Administration:**
- Perform routine maintenance and administration tasks to ensure the chemical management system is up-to-date and functioning correctly.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **General Floor Support:**
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams on chemical-related issues.
- Ensure that chemical handling and storage procedures are followed correctly.
- **Cost and Schedule Analysis:**
- Analyze cost and schedule data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, elimination of chemical shortages, and process efficiency improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve these goals, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as manufacturing engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, project management, or a related discipline with a strong focus on process management and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles and environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess training needs and develop effective programs to address gaps in knowledge and skills.
