Commercial Lines Account Executive

This role involves managing a commercial property and casualty book of business, handling both new and renewal accounts, and providing high-level client service while collaborating with producers, carriers, and internal teams.

Position Details

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid – typically 2 days in office: Monday & Wednesday)

Salary: $80,000 – $83,000 Annual Bonus Profit Sharing

Benefits: Generous PTO, 401(k), and full benefits package

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience handling commercial insurance accounts
• Experience working with agency management systems (Applied EPIC, TAM, or AMS 360)
• Strong client service and account management skills
• Active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License
• High School Diploma/GED required (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
