Application Development Manager - Broomfield, CO
Location: Broomfield, CO (Hybrid – Onsite at least 50% over a two-week pay period)

You’ll oversee a team of core developers, collaborate across business units, and shape the future of our application architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Symitar Core Developers across scrum teams and business lines
Collaborate with the Enterprise PMO and attend stakeholder ceremonies
Foster a team culture that values diversity, innovation, and customer satisfaction
Drive high-quality software delivery through design governance, code reviews, and best practices
Implement continuous improvement processes for application management
Ensure compliance with Elevations’ coding and security standards
Engage with external vendors and align with strategic roadmaps
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
6 years’ experience with financial institution technologies:
Jack Henry (Symitar, Synapsys, Synergy, SymXchange, ARCU)
MeridianLink, Encompass, Alkami, COTS, Image Center, OpCon
Strong foundation in software development methodologies, version control, and testing
Proven leadership in coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams
Ability to influence executive leadership and drive strategic outcomes
Deep understanding of agile and iterative project management practices
Preferred Qualifications
MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
Hands-on experience with Symitar/PowerOn/RepGen
Familiarity with IBM AIX, SQL, HTML, JavaScript
Knowledge of ITIL framework and engineering process implementation
