We’re hiring an Airframe Structures Design Engineer to join a Fortune 100 aerospace & defence leader—Lockheed Martin Aeronautics—working onsite in Fort Worth, TX on the cutting-edge F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program.
This is a 1-year W2 contract (strong potential for extension or full-time conversion).
Pay Range: $70–$110/hr (W-2) — You choose your requested rate within this range.
Schedule: 4/10 (Four 10-hour days, Fridays OFF)
Location: 100% Onsite, Fort Worth, TX
Must be a U.S. Citizen
No Security Clearance Required

As part of the F-35 engineering team, you will apply deep technical expertise to design and develop aircraft structural components—supporting one of the world’s most advanced fighter aircraft systems.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Minimum 3 years in control surface design
✔ Minimum 5 years with CATIA V5
✔ Minimum 5 years with PDM
✔ Minimum 5 years designing/modifying structural components, assemblies & installations
✔ U.S. Citizenship required (no clearance needed)

- Support development, testing, and validation of structural designs.
- Contribute to requirements creation, trade studies, SOWs, and test plans.
- Collaborate with internal Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and external suppliers.
