Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Level II Radiographer (RT) to support industrial radiographic inspection services throughout Colorado and surrounding regions. This position involves field-based work performing radiographic examinations in accordance with applicable codes, standards, customer specifications, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform industrial radiographic testing (RT) using X-ray and/or gamma sources
• Execute radiographic examinations in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A, ASME Section V, API, AWS, and customer requirements
• Interpret radiographs and evaluate results
• Complete inspection reports and documentation
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety regulations
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams
• Maintain radiographic equipment and sources
• Travel to job sites including nights and weekends as required
Required Qualifications:
• ASNT Level II Radiographer certification (RT)
• Documented OJT and classroom training per SNT-TC-1A
• Valid state or NRC radiographer authorization (or ability to obtain)
• Current radiation safety training
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must pass a background check
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with pipelines, structural steel, pressure vessels, or tanks
• DR/CR experience
• Additional NDT certifications (UT, MT, PT, VT)
Physical Requirements:
• Work outdoors in varying conditions
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work at heights or confined spaces
