Job Description (food Service)

Position: Food Service Sales Executive/ Business Development Director (HoReCa / Foodservice / Distributors)

Location: United States (preferably East Coast: NJ / NY / FL, but open to other states) Hybrid / Remote — frequent travel to distributors and operator accounts.

Mission / Goal of the role

We are looking for a highly connected foodservice hunter who can place products into:

• Major foodservice distributors, including, but not limited to, Sysco, US Foods, PFG, Gordon Food Service, and Jetro/Restaurant Depot.
• Restaurants and restaurant chains
• Hotels, catering groups, sushi concepts, airlines
  
  

This is NOT a coordination role. We need someone with existing relationships who can deliver onboarding fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Open new accounts with foodservice distributors (Sysco / US Foods / PFG / GFS / Jetro).
• Present products to culinary and procurement teams.
• Lead the sales cycle:
  
  

samples → pricing → menu test → contract → volume growth

• Support operator activation, tastings, culinary workshops, and trade shows (NRA, Seafood Expo, etc.)
• Drive sell-through by working with distributor reps \& key operators.
• Provide sales forecasts and activity reports directly to the CEO (U.S.).
  
  

Requirements (MUST HAVE)

• Proven sales experience in foodservice / HoReCa / distributors.
• Existing relationships with major foodservice distributors, including, but not limited to, Sysco, US Foods, PFG, Gordon Food Service, and Jetro/Restaurant Depot.
• Ability to open doors and close deals quickly and independently.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in menu introduction.
• Hunter mentality — must be able to generate sales rapidly.
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience launching new / imported brands into foodservice.
• Knowledge of seafood / dumplings / appetizers categories.
  
  

Compensation

The compensation package for this role is flexible, as we are targeting experienced, high-level professionals with strong U.S. foodservice relationships. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience, current earnings, and the value they can bring to our U.S. expansion.
