About the Role

This Senior Manager, Accounting role leads our General Ledger team and owns the monthly close and integrity of our financial data across U.S. and Mexico operations. You’ll design and strengthen accounting processes and controls, partner closely with AP, Revenue Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Finance, and ensure new projects and initiatives are correctly reflected in SAP. We’re looking for a CPA (required) with deep US GAAP, SAP experience (preferred not required), and hands‑on exposure to Mexico accounting and reporting (preferred but not required), someone who can lead a team in a fast‑growth environment and be the bridge between day‑to‑day operations and executive‑level financial decision

Require Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience covering all areas of general accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience leading accounting staff.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
• Experience overseeing monthly close, financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting support.
• Experience with financial audits and working with external auditors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team (training, mentoring, prioritization).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholders and presenting financial information.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
