THE POSITION
We're hiring a Designer with a high level of taste, clear thinking, and digital-first instincts. You'll lead concept development and visual execution across some of our culturally ambitious and performance-driven accounts. This role is for someone who thrives in momentum, thinks in systems, and doesn't flinch under feedback. You'll partner closely with writers, strategists, and project managers, and own the quality bar for the visual side of our creative output.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead creative concepting and execution for social, digital, and campaign work.
- Develop and evolve brand systems across platforms, including design languages, templates, and motion toolkits.
- Guide and collaborate with freelance talent.
- Work with strategy, paid, and account teams to build creative that's on-brand and on-brief
- Contribute to creative reviews, concept presentations, and stakeholder meetings.
- Use performance data to evolve design approaches and iterate intelligently.
- Help shape internal processes to elevate consistency and creative speed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years of experience in an agency or digital-forward creative environment
- Strong portfolio with work across social, digital, brand, and campaign creative
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools (After Effects, etc.) is a bonus.)
- Experience building for regulated categories like alcohol, cannabis, or tobacco is a plus.
- Clear communicator with high standards and a bias toward action
- Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable leading multiple projects at once
- Equal parts self-starter and collaborator - you know when to run and when to rally.
