TriPowers LLC is seeking two highly skilled Facility Administrators (FAs) to support daily operations at the VA Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) in Tucson, Arizona. The FA is a key on-site leadership position, ensuring smooth staffing operations across Shipper/Packer, Pharmacy Technician, Pharmacist, and Lead roles in a high-volume federal pharmaceutical production environment.
About the RoleThe Facility Administrator serves as the primary on-site leader during their assigned shift, responsible for:
- Daily operational oversight
- Supervision of all contractor personnel
- Human resource functions
- Workflow coordination
- Compliance, training, documentation, and reporting
- Performance and quality control
- Serving as the primary liaison to the VA COR/CO
The FA must ensure that all production areas remain fully staffed, compliant, safe, and efficient, maintaining visibility across the entire pharmacy production floor.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations & Staffing- Provide on-site supervision and technical oversight of all contractor personnel during production hours.
- Maintain daily presence across assigned workstations (e.g., automated filling, manual packing, pharmacy tech areas).
- Ensure contract personnel report to duty on time, follow safety protocols, and meet productivity standards.
- Coordinate daily staffing assignments and break/lunch schedules.
- Work with the VA COR to coordinate overtime and shift adjustments.
- Oversee onboarding, mandatory training, and orientation for all contract personnel.
- Conduct ongoing competency assessments and performance evaluations.
- Ensure updated personnel files, training documentation, and credentialing are maintained and ready for inspection.
- Prepare and submit the daily staffing report by workstation and tour of duty.
- Submit monthly production reports, quarterly turnover reports, and monthly employee rosters.
- Provide incident, quality, performance, attendance, or safety reports within 24 hours of occurrence.
- Ensure all required training and orientation reports are submitted within 24 hours upon request.
- Ensure contractor team adheres to CMOP, VA, OSHA, HIPAA, and Joint Commission standards.
- Maintain an effective quality control program and promptly correct deficiencies.
- Monitor performance trends and initiate corrective action plans when necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between TriPowers and VA COR/CO.
- Attend required meetings, training, and performance improvement sessions.
- Foster a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
β Minimum 5 years of management experience supervising 30 personnel in operations, HR, or project management roles.
β Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, and/or Project Management certification.
β Strong leadership skills with experience in high-volume, fast-paced, production-based environments.
β Experience handling staff onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and policy compliance.
β Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation abilities.
β Ability to be on-site during assigned shift with full operational oversight.
Preferred Skills- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical production, logistics, or federal contracting environments.
- Familiarity with VA, CMOP, or other federal healthcare systems.
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
$100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and certifications. Additional shift differential and performance incentive eligible.
