TriPowers LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Room Cleaning Technician to support a federal healthcare facility.

This position involves specialized cleaning in a secure IT/data room environment and is ideal for professionals with experience in commercial, facilities, or specialty cleaning who are comfortable working in controlled environments.

This is low-frequency, high-trust work — approximately one workday per quarter.

• Perform specialized cleaning of a secure data room environment
• Dust equipment exteriors, raised floors, shelves, and cable trays
• Vacuum floors, vents, and grilles using HEPA-filtered equipment
• Clean raised floor tiles and carefully perform under-floor cleaning
• Use anti-static, data-room-approved cleaning products
• Follow documented procedures and safety protocols
• Work under facility escort and comply with access requirements
• Complete post-service checklist and report any issues

• Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or specialty environments
• Familiarity with HEPA vacuums and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow structured instructions
• Professional demeanor suitable for a federal healthcare setting
• Ability to pass required background or badging checks

• Minimal time commitment (quarterly work)
• Daytime hours only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
