Maintenance Technician - Apartment / Residential (Full Time)

About the Role

We’re hiring a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to support residential apartment communities in Montgomery County. You’ll complete work orders, perform repairs, assist with turnovers, and keep the properties running smoothly. This is a stable, full‐time role with consistent hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Complete work orders: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance
• Prepare vacant apartments for move‐in (turns/make‐readies)
• Assist with inspections and follow‐up repairs
• Respond to emergency on‐call situations (rotating schedule)
• Maintain tools, supplies, and company equipment
• Help with snow removal and seasonal tasks
• Provide great customer service to residents

What You Bring

• 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Ability to manage work orders and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem‐solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license reliable transportation
• HVAC certification a plus (not required)
