Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator – Join Our Patient-Focused Team!
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our growing team! As one of the first people our patients interact with, you’ll play a key role in helping them feel welcomed, informed, and confident about their care.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of dental front office experience
- Experience with Open Dental software (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and patient-centered mindset
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and answer phone calls with warmth and professionalism
- Review treatment plans and help patients understand procedures, insurance, and financial options
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations when needed
- Process billing, payments, and financing arrangements
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Manage scheduling efficiently while accommodating patient needs
- Support a clean, timely, and welcoming environment for patients and team members
