What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Line Cooks position at Triplets Family Restaurant?
We are looking for experienced line cooks who are passionate about food to work at our family-owned restaurant!
Part time & Full time
Responsibilities:
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods including sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and main dishes
- Prep food for service (ie. chopping vegetables, butchering/slicing meat, or preparing sauces)
- Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is clean, set up, and stocked
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Work with servers to ensure that orders are completed timely and according to request
- Comply with nutrition sanitation regulations and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and produce high volumes of work while maintaining quality
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
