What You’ll Be Doing
As an Assembly Technician, you’ll support production and warehouse operations across assembly, quality, shipping/receiving, and inventory control. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager and Operations Lead to meet daily goals and ensure products meet our quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Assemble and prepare goods for shipment
- Work efficiently on the production line to meet timelines
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Complete quality assurance testing on assembled products
- Maintain proper storage of materials and product inventory
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on warehouse machinery and tools
- Move materials or completed products to staging or storage areas
- Support additional warehouse or production tasks as needed
- Adhere to and demonstrate compliance with the company HSE program
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production (Required)
- Forklift certification or experience operating sit-down forklifts (Preferred)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Basic computer skills (for documentation and inventory tasks)
- Dependability, initiative, and a team-first mindset
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities on the floor
Physical & Travel Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- On-call or overnight shifts may be required occasionally to support installs or emergency production
- Optional travel to job sites
