This is a full-time, on-site Lineman role located in Mansfield, OH. The Lineman will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical power systems, distribution lines, and associated equipment. The role requires working with heavy equipment, ensuring the safety and reliability of power delivery systems, and addressing any issues related to the distribution network. Candidates must prioritize safety and efficiency in all tasks while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Proficient understanding of Electricity and Power Distribution systems
- Possess a valid CDL Class A license
- Experience in operating and managing Heavy Equipment
- Knowledge of Substation operations and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety protocols
- Physical ability to perform duties, including climbing and lifting, in various weather conditions
- Certification or technical training in electrical power systems is a plus
- Previous experience in utility or electrical line work is preferred
