Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates through job boards and recruiting platforms.
- Review resumes and identify top talent.
- Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork.
- Keep applicant tracking systems organized and up to date.
- Help execute recruiting strategies to support company growth.
- Build and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and in person.
- Professional attitude with a positive, team-first mindset.
- Previous recruiting, customer service, sales, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
