What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience from start to finish
• Assist with unloading materials and directing customers to the right areas
• Sort and identify different metal grades
• Perform basic yard and equipment maintenance
• Follow all safety guidelines (we take safety seriously)
• Operate hand and power tools
• Work in various weather conditions and environments (dust, noise, heights, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service skills — you’ll be interacting with the public daily
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet all day
• Willingness to learn and take on different tasks as needed
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Prior equipment or scrap yard experience a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Occasional overtime or Saturday shifts may be required
• No overnight shifts
