What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler position at Triple Son Wholesale Timbers?
We are currently seeking lumber and material handler for our Cut Off Saw Mill. An ideal candidate would have Lumber, Building Materials and FORKLIFT experience (not a forklift-only position).
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive and stock incoming materials
- Complete delivery work orders
- Handle customer material request
- Load and Unload materials on trucks
- Keep yard and warehouse clean and orderly
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Forklift Experience
- Lumber Yard experience (Preferred)
- Detail-Oriented and thorough
- Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used daily
- Ability to interact with customer, coworkers and visitors at the store while remaining professional, polite and courteous
- Work as a Team
- Have good communication skills
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures
