Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify necessary repairs or renovations.
• Prioritize routine maintenance tasks and address any equipment issues promptly.
• Schedule regular check-ups or emergency repairs with external vendors while upholding Respect.
• Oversee the upkeep of equipment and supplies.
• Supervise facilities staff (Janitors, Facilities B and C) and promote a culture of Spirit.
• Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions, demonstrating Ownership.
• Distribute cleaning and maintenance tasks among team members.
• Address leaf and snow removal as needed.
• Utilize standard cleaning tools and outdoor power equipment.
• Notify management when significant repairs are required.
• Maintain an exceptional safety record by adhering to guidelines and precautions, showcasing Excellence.
• Foster a positive work environment by following company policies and procedures.
• Embrace Courage in taking on additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate expertise as a facilities manager or equivalent position.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, displaying Courage.
• Showcase outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, embodying Spirit.
• Apply analytical/critical thinking to optimize venue operations.
• Possess hands-on skills and experience in facilities installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Excel in developing and implementing schedule preventive maintenance plans for facilities/equipment.

• Able to lift and move objects weighing at least 50 pounds.
• Demonstrate exceptional time-management skills.
