This role ensures precise piece counts, identifies quality concerns, maintains production records in the system, and assists with packaging materials to support efficient operations and inventory accuracy.
- Perform accurate piece counts of cut material and verify inventory quantities.
- Inspect material for damage, defects, or out-of-spec conditions and report quality concerns.
- Enter production data and piece count information into the computer system accurately and timely.
- Print product tags and properly label bundles according to company procedures.
- Band and paper-wrap material as needed to ensure proper packaging and protection.
- Maintain accurate production records while following all safety and quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify quality defects and report discrepancies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
