Triple S Polaris, a leading provider of high-quality Polaris vehicles, parts, and services, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator. As a Warranty Administrator, you will work under the direction of the Warranty Manager, assisting in ensuring accurate and timely submission of warranties, maintaining meticulous records, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. Your role will be crucial in delivering top-notch quality and meeting audit requirements set by Polaris Industries.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Service and Parts Manager to process warranty claims promptly and accurately.
- Collect and review warranty claims for completeness and correctness, ensuring all necessary information and documentation are included.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in record-keeping and data entry to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with Polaris Industries' warranty guidelines.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to warranty claims, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Monitor and track warranty claims through the entire process, from submission to approval or denial.
- Assist in the preparation of warranty reports and analysis, providing valuable insights to improve processes and efficiency.
- Keep up-to-date with Polaris Industries' warranty policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
- Familiarity with Polaris Industries' warranty processes and guidelines is desirable but not required.
