Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end warranty claims process for powersports products, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims.
- Interpret and apply warranty policies, insurance regulations, and legal requirements to claims adjudication.
- Collaborate with insurance providers, vendors, and internal teams to negotiate claims settlements and resolve disputes effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims using insurance claims management software and data entry systems.
- Provide training and support to staff on policy interpretation, insurance verification, and claims processing procedures.

- Expertise in handling insurance claims including filing, adjudication, negotiation, and compliance.
