Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Equipment Rental Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their linen and equipment rental needs (dispersing the correct items based on each customers reservation), providing advice on equipment selection, and completing transactions upon walk-up requests.
Must have:
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Points:
This is a summer job! Work days will be one day per week from May 31 through the end of August, a different day each week. (Based on All Star Village schedule-Day 1 of each tournament week).
Work hours will be from 11 am-5 pm
