iPhone Deployment Support – NJ (Contract, Starts Oct 15)
Description:
This is a temporary contract role with potential for future projects and a possible permanent position for strong performers.
What you'll do:
- Unbox, activate, and set up new iPhones for end users
- Transfer data from old devices (contacts, photos, apps, settings)
- Assist users with basic setup and sign-in
- Track devices and document completed deployments
- Keep the process organized and on schedule
What we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience with iPhone setup and data transfer (Quick Start, iCloud, etc.)
- Prior device deployment or IT support experience preferred
- MDM experience (Intune, Jamf, Apple Business Manager) a plus
- Professional and comfortable working directly with end users
- Able to work on-site in the DC area starting Oct 15
Project details:
- Location: NJ (on-site)
- Schedule: 8 hours per day
