Set up and operate water jet CNC machines to cut parts for countertops.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine the cutting paths and specifications for each job.
- Program the machine using specialized software to ensure accurate cuts and precise measurements.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Monitor the cutting process to ensure that it is running properly and make any necessary adjustments to the machine or the cutting path.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure that they meet the desired specifications.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the cutting process and work with the engineering team to find solutions.
- Keep accurate records of all jobs and materials used.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
