We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Supervisor to lead and manage our construction projects effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in supervising teams and ensuring quality control on-site. This role requires proficiency in various construction management software and tools, as well as a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
Projects can include but are not limited to:
- Rough carpentry
- Finished carpentry
- Install Flooring (LVP, Tile, Wood, Carpet)
- Bathroom & Kitchen Remodels
- Demolition
- Concrete Foundation & Flatwork (stamped & Color)
- Out buildings & Additions
- Decks & Fencing
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Lead a team of carpenters and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed, working alongside them.
- Review blueprints to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Implement OSHA safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with project manager to develop timelines and track progress against project milestones.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on carpentry projects.
- Strong supervisory experience, demonstrating the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Experience with quality control measures in a construction setting.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site.
