Position Overview We are looking for an Apprentice Electrician that has 2 years experience with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn the trade.
Experience is required. We are interested in your attitude, communication skills, and commitment to safety and quality work.

Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems Work on residential, commercial, agricultural, and light industrial projects
- Follow all company safety policies and demonstrate safe work habits at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and properly care for tools and equipment
- Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical systems
- Deliver high-quality work that reflects our “done right the first time” standard Required Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and company standards
- Physically able to perform job duties (lifting, climbing, working in various conditions)
- Reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications
- Previous construction or electrical experience (not required)
- Valid driver’s license
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when needed
- Must be able to physically lift up to and in excess of 75 pounds
- Must be able to climb ladders and steep stairs, crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, pushing and pulling objects
- Repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers
- Required use and ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment
- Ability to work at elevated heights on ladders and/or scaffolds
- Specific vision abilities required
- Must be able to physically work up to ten to twelve hour days
- Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of the job
