Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (travel between job sites may be required)
- Flexibility in working hours is required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, mirrors, fixtures).
- Clean kitchens (counters, sinks, appliances, cabinets, stovetops).
- Make beds, change linens, and tidy bedrooms and living spaces.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Handle deep-cleaning tasks as needed (e.g., ovens, refrigerators, baseboards, windows).
- Follow client-specific instructions and respect client privacy and property.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
