Job Description
We are seeking a Software Engineer to support the development of a cutting-edge Missile Defense program. This position is ideal for engineers with experience developing mission-critical software in secure, real-time environments. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, test, and maintain software that supports advanced defense systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications for a Missile Defense program.
- Develop and enhance software using C and/or ADA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Debug, test, and validate software to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with program requirements.
- Support software integration, configuration management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing software using C or ADA.
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment.
