About the position..
We are searching for a Leasing Associate for our Brooks Edge community located in Camp Hill, PA. This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression of our communities. This individual will be responsible for guiding applicants through the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day leasing and administrative operations.
- Responsible for the initial steps of leasing a rental home.
- Assists with special events held at the properties.
- Presents rental homes to prospects.
- Maintain general office and lease files.
- Collects and processes monthly rent checks and deposits.
- Provides resident follow up and retention.
- Performs move-in and move-out inspections as needed.
- Assists in preparing maintenance service request submissions for residents.
- Assists in marketing rental homes through preparation of advertising materials.
What we are looking for from you...
- Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience in an administrative or office setting is highly preferred
- Experience in residential leasing is a plus
- Experience in direct customer service is highly preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent computer and typing skills required
- Must be friendly and outgoing with good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess excellent attention to detail as well as organizational and time management skills
