Essential Duties
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and promptly report changes.
- Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Provide compassionate care, ensuring patients' comfort and dignity.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies.
- Coordinate with doctors, CNAs, and other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.
- Current LPN license in [State]
- Strong clinical and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with grace
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
