Responsibilities

- Present product options and explain the benefits of various roofing, gutter, and siding solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate estimates for projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings to provide expert advice.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using company CRM systems.
Experience
