About the position..
The Leasing Associate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression of our communities. This individual will be responsible for guiding applicants through the rental process, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day leasing and administrative operations. We are looking to fill this position with our Commerce Park team in Harrisburg, PA.
- Responsible for the initial steps of leasing a rental home.
- Assists with special events held at the properties.
- Presents rental homes to prospects.
- Maintain general office and lease files.
- Collects and processes monthly rent checks and deposits.
- Provides resident follow up and retention.
- Performs move-in and move-out inspections as needed.
- Assists in preparing maintenance service request submissions for residents.
- Assists in marketing rental homes through preparation of advertising materials.
