Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Specified preparation of all menu items.
- Food preparation
- Sanitation -- empty garbage, cleaning cooking line, sanitation buckets, etc...)
- Rotation of all stock
- Maintain high cooking standards
- Side work -- cleaning, restocking, etc...)
- Cost control
- Clean-up duties -- line area, grill fryer, microwave, floors, cooler and freezers

Education And/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No experience necessary -- will train.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
