Our company started 2013. We only had two registered nurses when we begin. But we saw the growing demand of home infusion due to physical limitations of patients on proceeding their treatment outside the comfort of home. At present, we can cater patients almost all over Southern California. We make it possible to deliver high quality of care in home setting. We work together as a team to achieve our patient's maximum potential as an individual to carry on their everyday lives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide infusion therapy to patients in home settings.
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments through various routes, including intravenous, subcutaneous, and intramuscular
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate interventions
- Educate patients and their families on the administration of medications and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN, preferably in infusion therapy or a related field
- Ability to work with patients of all ages, including children
- Strong patient assessment skills and ability to recognize changes in patient condition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in medical office software and electronic health records
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
