- Supervise plant staff, providing guidance on mechanical knowledge, assembly processes, and operational best practices
- Monitor quality control procedures to uphold product standards and facilitate continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and MRP modules
