About Serve El Paso

Serve El Paso is a one-of-a-kind hospitality destination combining a full-service restaurant and bar with pickleball courts, private events, leagues, and live entertainment. We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive the overall success of the venue.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and venue.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage labor, food and beverage costs, inventory, and budgets.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all company and health standards.
• Support private events, tournaments, and community programming.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating memorable experiences.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant management experience (General Manager experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience managing P&L, labor, and operating costs.
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labor laws.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
