Job Summary
Independently performs diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment. Setup of new agricultural and turf equipment. Pickup and delivery of customer units.
Responsibilities
- Performs diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment and turf equipment of all makes.
- Performs diagnosis and repair, primarily at the shop, and in the field as required.
- Operates and maintains vehicles, tools, and equipment required to perform job responsibilities.
- Participates in manufacturer training and dealer-led training to further the development of skills and knowledge.
- Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
- Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
- Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.
- Responsible for tracking all materials used in performing assigned duties.
- Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments in a timely manner.
- Other appropriate responsibilities as assigned by manager.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly.
- Adequate toolset to perform job responsibilities required.
- Driving record that meets Employer's insurance company requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong communication skills.
- Previous work experience as a service technician.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
