This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney, located in Los Angeles, CA. The Litigation Attorney will handle litigation cases, draft and file motions, prepare for and participate in trials, manage court appearances, and conduct depositions as necessary. The individual will work closely with internal teams and external counsel to ensure the effective handling of legal matters while safeguarding the organization's interests.
- Strong background in law, especially in the context of litigation
- Proficiency in drafting and filing motions
- Experience with courts and a thorough understanding of court proceedings
- Hands-on experience with trials and depositions
- Membership in good standing with a state bar, preferably California
- Exceptional legal research, analytical, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Experience in real estate law or related fields is a plus
