This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations. Responsibilities include tenant relations, lease management, coordinating maintenance services, and overseeing budgets. The Property Manager will also assist in marketing and leasing initiatives, as well as enforce compliance with property-specific policies and regulations.
- Experience in Property Management, Facility Operations, or Lease Administration
- Strong Tenant Relations and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and Property Marketing
- Organizational and Time Management skills
- Familiarity with property management software and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
